Our Rental Terms

Our rental terms are detailed on this page. Although we aim for fairness, there are certain guidelines and regulations that govern the rental of equipment, established to ensure the safety of all parties involved and to adhere to local, state, and federal laws and requirements.

EK Dumpster Rental Terms

1.) EK Disposal Services LLC disclaims all liability for damages of any kind, including but not limited to injuries to property, lawns, driveways, residences, structures, lawn sprinklers, trees, shrubs, landscaping, overhead cables, and septic systems.

Once the dumpster is placed on the property of the individual or entity renting it, any and all damages incurred to persons or property will be the sole responsibility of the renting party.

2.) Any damages to EK Disposal Services LLC's property, including but not limited to trucks, trailers, and dumpsters while on the site of the renting party, will be the financial responsibility of the renting party, who will cover all costs for repairs. This includes, but is not limited to, damages caused by misuse or neglect from the renting party, such as overloading, fires, excessive dents, breakage of doors and locking mechanisms, and punctures in the dumpster's floor or sides.

3.) Full payment for all dumpsters is required via cash or credit card on or before the delivery date, unless prior billing arrangements have been agreed upon for recurring accounts. A credit card number must be kept on file for each customer to cover any additional charges that may arise (see below for extra fees). The standard rental period is 10 days; if additional days are needed, they may be purchased at $25 per day, subject to availability. EK Disposal Services LLC reserves the right to deny requests for additional days once the rental period has commenced.

4.) Once an EK Disposal Services LLC employee has positioned the dumpster, it may not be moved or relocated by anyone except for EK Disposal Services LLC personnel. Should the rental party relocate the dumpster, they will incur a fee of $150.

5.) If the dumpster is overloaded to the extent that it cannot be legally transported on public roads, the rental party is responsible for unloading the dumpster and incurring an additional fee for another dumpster to accommodate the excess materials, along with a failed pick-up fee of $150. The rental party has 24 hours to make the dumpster compliant for roadway transport. If this is not accomplished within that timeframe, EK Disposal Services LLC employees will transfer the materials to an additional dumpster at a rate of $75 per hour, plus standard dumpster fees.

6.) Upon EK Disposal Services LLC's return for dumpster pickup, the dumpster must be readily accessible. Any obstructions preventing the driver from retrieving the dumpster will result in a driver return fee of $150.

7.) Prohibited items must not be placed in our dumpsters. If such items are found within the dumpster, they will be unloaded at the cost of the rental party. Furthermore, if prohibited items are present during the dumping process, those items might be returned to the renting party for a fee starting at $150.

RESTRICTED ITEMS:

• Paints (whether oil-based, aerosol, or water-based)
• Any liquid substances (including oil, fuel, etc.)
• Batteries of any type
• Hazardous materials
• Fluorescent light bulbs
• Asbestos
• Propane tanks (both empty and full)
• Any kind of tires
• Appliances containing freon
• Yard waste/compostable materials must not be mixed with other debris (such as leaves, grass clippings, soil, rocks, concrete, and concrete products)

8.) All dumpster pricing entails additional charges for any tonnage overages:

• 5-yard dumpster price covers 1 ton of debris 
• 10-yard dumpster price covers 2 tons of debris 
• 12-yard dumpster price covers 2 tons of debris 
• 15-yard dumpster price covers 2.5 tons of debris 
• 20-yard dumpster price covers 3 tons of debris 
• 30-yard dumpster price covers 4 tons of debris 

By making payment for the dumpster rental or other services provided by EK Disposal Services LLC, the Customer consents to the terms and conditions outlined in the rental agreement of EK Disposal Services LLC. EK Disposal Services LLC retains the right to amend the rental agreement and terms as necessary.
