Any appointment scheduled through the Site’s automated calendar is a request for service and does not constitute a binding contract. 6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, service marks, business names, images of our work (including project photos), videos, and other materials (collectively, "Content") is owned by the Company, licensed to the Company, or provided/created by its service providers (including Heartland Digital Studio), and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Contractor assets. Any logos, trademarks, project photos, and other materials provided by the Company (or its licensors) remain the property of the Company or its licensors.

HDS-built content. The site layout, code, page structures, and other website components and content created by Heartland Digital Studio for the Company are protected intellectual property of Heartland Digital Studio and/or the Company as applicable, and are made available for use on this Site.

You may view and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use related to requesting our services. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Content without express written permission from the applicable owner.

7. Third-Party Services

The Site may use or integrate third-party services and tools (for example, CRM/automation platforms, SMS providers, analytics, embedded calendars, booking tools, chat widgets, hosting/CDNs, and other integrations).
